Sevens rugby returns to the iconic Cardiff Arms Park this summer, as the Cardiff Rugby Community Foundation hold their inaugural Community Sevens Tournament.

The Arms Park is preparing for a festival of running rugby over August Bank Holiday weekend with men and women tournaments being held over two days of action.

With plenty of interest shown and limited spaces available, teams are encouraged to register as soon as possible by contacting bronnie.jones@cardiffrugby.wales

The senior men’s tournament will take place on Saturday, August 26, followed by a senior women’s tournament on the Sunday. Teams can enter for just £120 for a squad of 12 players*, with exclusive prizes up for grabs for the winning sides.

Cardiff Arms Park has previously been the home to the Welsh Premiership Sevens (pictured) and Singha Sevens, with another stellar weekend of rugby promised to close out the summer.

With live music and street food also on offer, tickets for the event will be announced closer to the date.
