TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The ’12 Days of Christmas’ competition is open to all who are residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 or over except for employees of Cardiff Rugby.
2. The prize draws run from 12:00 BST on Friday 13 December 2024 until 23:59 Tuesday 24 December 2024. These terms and conditions are effective starting at 12:00 on 13 December 2024.
3. This prize relies on entries via completion of the form and on Cardiff Rugby social media channels only. Internet access is required to enter the competitions.
4. To enter, please follow the specific instructions each day.
5. Only one entry per social media account is permitted.
6. To be eligible as an entry, you must successfully follow the specific instructions (see point 4.)
7. The Prize Draws offers entrants the chance to a variety of fantastic prizes to be revealed daily.
8. The competition prize is not transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
9. Travel to and from the venue is not included.
10. Cardiff Rugby reserves the right to substitute a prize with one equivalent or of greater value in the event of non-availability of the stated prize and if the prize, described above, cannot be awarded for reasons beyond Cardiff Rugby’s reasonable control.
11. Proof of identity may be required in order to claim the prize.
12. Entrants must remain subscribed to the mailing list until the competition close date.
WINNER SELECTION:
1. One winner will be selected for each day by an independent adjudicator by means of a fair selection and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The adjudicator’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The draw will take place on 30 December.
2. Entries will be rejected and deleted from the prize draw if they:
– contain defamatory, malicious, indecent or other inappropriate content;
– represent a danger to health and safety; refer to illegal activities; or
– include any link to inappropriate drinking.
– include trademarks, logos or copyrighted material not owned by you.
3. Winner notification: The winner of the daily competitions will be selected and contacted on 30 December. Those not contactable via reasonable means within a further five working days may be disqualified, and an alternative winner will be chosen and awarded the prize on the same basis as is described above.
