Watts-Jones to skipper Cardiff Blues A

Back row Rory Watts-Jones will captain Cardiff Blues A as they tackle Ospreys A in a one-off friendly encounter at BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park tonight (kick-off 7.15pm).

Cardiff Blues have named a squad that contains a mix of first team players and rising Academy stars for the home fixture.

Wales international Lou Reed is named in the second row, alongside Miles Normandale, while Jevon Groves plays in the back row after his exploits with Wales Sevens on the Gold Coast in Australia.

The next generation of Blues will be on display with the likes of Ben Roach, Ethan Lewis and Callum Lewis, who all featured for Wales in the Under-20 Junior World Championship in New Zealand this summer, in action.

Fans are reminded that tonight’s game is FREE ENTRY for all and gates open at 5.30pm.

Selected bars and food outlets will be open for Monday Night Rugby at the home of the Blues!

Car parking is also available priced at £3, subject to availability.
