Cardiff RFC and Blues player Nick Macleod scored the first try of the second half as Wales began the defence of last season’s 6 Nations title with a comprehensive victory over Scotland.

It was Wales’ eighth-successive win over Scotland and the 18th in 20 matches at this level.
