Hundreds of guests descended on the Heineken and Glamorgan Brewing Co Marque today for the annual #StayStrongForOws lunch.
Owen Williams, who suffered a catastrophic spinal injury playing for Cardiff Blues six years ago, was in attendance and provided a video update on his progress.
In the emotional video Williams gave guests an insight to his purpose-build home in Aberdare, which has been financed by Cardiff Blues and the #StayStrongForOws movement, thanked his supporters and revealed he is expecting his first child next month.
