Supporter Update - COVID-19

First Team News | 13th March 2020

Cardiff Blues are fully supportive of the decision to suspend the Guinness PRO14 indefinitely due to the ongoing outbreak of COVID-19.

This is clearly an unprecedented and fluid situation and we remain in close contact with the Guinness PRO14, the Welsh Rugby Union and our regional counterparts.

The health, safety and well-being of our players, staff and supporters is of paramount importance and a number of precautionary measures are now in place at Cardiff Arms Park.

Following the subsequent postponement of Wales’ Guinness Six Nations clash with Scotland, all relating activity at the Arms Park has also been cancelled. This includes the Guinness Fanzone and all hospitality.

We appreciate the impact this will have on all stakeholders of Cardiff Blues and will endeavour to keep further disruption to a minimum, while remaining in line with government guidance.

Supporters are advised to retain all tickets for upcoming games at Cardiff Arms Park as these will remain valid for any rescheduled fixtures.

We thank supporters for their patience and understanding at this time and will continue to communicate when appropriate.
