The WRU/Blues Coach Development Department is rolling out a front row development clinic nationally entitled "Scrum Ready".
The Blues have organised an event at The University of Glamorgan Playing Fields, Treforest, on Monday 2nd of April between 6.00pm and 9.00pm.
The evening is designed to give 13-19 year old players expert advice from ex WRU front row forward Chris Horsman about their development as a front row player. This will include innovative techniques, activities and tips on how to improve their body profile and effectiveness in this pivotal area of the game.
The evening itinerary is as follows:
6.00-6.45pm - Classroom theory discussion
6.45-8.30pm - Practical activity
8.30pm - 9pm - Q&A
All coaches are invited to bring along one front row player with them. There is a maximum of 40 player permitted, but unlimited number on coaches.
