Wales’ glorious RBS 6 Nations campaign culminated in the visit from the BBC on Sunday evening to the Arms Park clubhouse.
Hundreds of supporters watched the Wales v Ireland game at the Arms Park on Saturday. Along with the 1000 corporate guests, enjoying hospitaltiy in function rooms, hospitality suites and hospitality marquee, the bars around the ground were filled to capacity, and the celebrations went on long in to the night.
Almost a hundred supporters returned on Sunday evening to join the TV audience, as John Inverdale hosted the BBC programme, Rugby Special, along with Mike Ruddock and Eddie Butler at the Arms Park. The highlights of the weekend’s action were re-lived for all to enjoy and the guests answered questions on Wales’ wonderful success.
The programme was broadcast later that evening on BBC2.
