Cardiff Blues has today confirmed that prop Adam Jones will leave the region at the end of the current season and move to English Premiership side Harlequins.
Front row Jones, 34, has made a total of 20 appearances in all competitions for Blues this season.
Billy Millard, Head of Elite Performance at Cardiff Blues, said: “Adam has worked tirelessly for us and with real dedication since joining Cardiff Blues just prior to the start of the season.
“He has been a very popular member of the squad and I know he is now determined to have a big finish to his time in Wales, in both the Guinness PRO12 and European Rugby Challenge Cup competition.
“Adam will leave for a new challenge in England with Harlequins at the end of this campaign and when he does he will go with the very best wishes of everyone at Cardiff Blues.”
