Scrum-half Ryan Powell returns to the Blues starting line-up for the first time in seven months in this evening’s Celtic League match against Ulster in Ravenhill.
A shoulder injury followed by surgery during the summer has sidelined him until a fortnight ago when he tested his fitness in a Premier Division match for Llanharan against Neath. Last week he played 25 minutes as a replacement for the Blues against Glasgow.
Craig Quinnell has failed a fitness test on his leg and his place at lock is taken by Deiniol Jones. Tristan Davies has recovered from a hand injury and is named among the replacements.
