Cardiff Rugby welcomed their on kit partners to an exclusive Trophy Room launch at the Arms Park earlier last month

MSS Group, Jaguar Land Rover, Lexis Nexis, Indigo Group, High Motive, Ogi, Uber Eats, Pure Cyber & Cardiff & Vale College all attended the event to enjoy canapés and light refreshments, surrounded by 146 years of the club’s unrivalled history.

They were joined by the likes of Cardiff Rugby chair, Alun Jones, chief executive Richard Holland, chief operating officer Rhys Blumberg and the commercial team.

Unsurprisingly, the 2022-23 home kit is blue and black, taking inspiration from the 1997 Welsh Cup winning jersey, and all sponsors in attendance were presented with their own signed jersey by Director of Rugby Dai Young and club captain Josh Turnbull.

Rhys Blumberg said: “It was fantastic to host our on kit partners at the Arms Park on the eve of the new season. The support they offer is vast and we would not be here without their generosity, passion and commitment.

“We have some incredible on kit partners and it is brilliant to welcome Ogi and Pure Cyber onboard this season, while welcoming back Cardiff and Vale College.

“To have them all together in a room, sampling various items from the Sir Gareth Edwards Lounge menu, the day before the season kicked-off, was a great way for us to say thank you, while looking ahead to what promises to be a great season.

“It is an annual event, which not only builds excitement and gives our most valued partners an exclusive look at the kit, but offers an opportunity for them to network together and rub shoulders with members of the rugby department.

“This was the first in a number of events we have planned for the season ahead to maximise the value we give our partners and we look forward to strengthening and growing the relationships we have.”

Once again, all opportunities to join the Cardiff Rugby family as an on kit partner were taken up this season but a number of other opportunities remain.
