Olympic champion puts Cardiff through their paces

Preparations for the 2023-24 season went up a gear on Monday morning as former Olympic champion Jason Gardener MBE led a speed session at Cardiff Arms Park.
The 4x100m Olympic gold medallist and multiple World and European indoor 60m champion joined Cardiff to fine tune the Blue and Blacks’ sprint and agility technique.
