Office closure and ticketing update

The Cardiff Rugby office will be closed from Wednesday, December 22, following the Welsh Government announcement that sport in Wales must be staged behind closed doors.

Staff had been gearing up for a sold-out Boxing Day derby against the Scarlets but with that no longer possible, office staff will now work from home, in line with the latest Government advice.

Some staff will continue to work from home as required over the festive period, however normal working hours will resume from Tuesday, January 4. 

If you have purchased a match-ticket for the United Rugby Championship encounter against the Scarlets, your Ticketmaster account will be automatically credited with the full amount available to use for future purchases.

Should supporters prefer a full monetary refund, you can apply by completing the form HERE. This will be processed within 28 days.

Season Members will be contacted directly once restrictions are lifted and will be offered a number of options for their reimbursement.
