My cardiac arrest - Nick Williams

On the 30th of September last year we were expecting Nick Williams at the Arms Park to commentate on our BKT United Rugby Championship clash with Emirates Lions, however late that morning Nick suffered a cardiac arrest.

Nick's heart stopped beating for at least two to three minutes and if it was not for the quick thinking and knowledge of that friend, who was trained in CPR, and the incredible work of the Wales Air Ambulance Charity, Nick would not be here today.
