Blues’ skipper Martyn Williams will play his fiftieth game for Wales on Saturday.
The flanker is one of five Blues’ player in the 22-man squad named yesterday. Forty of his 50 caps have been won while playing for Cardiff and the Blues since 1999 and he becomes the fourteenth player to reach the magic half-century for Wales.
Also in Saturday’s starting line-up are Tom Shanklin, Gethin Jenkins and, Robert Sidoli while John Yapp is on the replacements’ bench and with every chance of winning his first cap two months before his 22nd birthday.
