Cardiff Rugby Under-18s open campaign with a win

Cardiff Rugby Under-18s opened up their WRU Regional Age-Grade Championship campaign with a dominant 46-22 win against RGC on Sunday at the Arms Park.

Captain Alfie Prygodzicz scored the opening try of the game for the young Blue and Blacks, with winger Fin Hart adding their second shortly after.

Centre Cale Edwards then crossed over, before Prygodzicz and then Hart added to their tallies. Hooker Tom Howe scored Cardiff’s sixth and final try.

Fly-half Lloyd Lucas was in fine form with the boot, kicking two penalties and five conversions as he scored 16 points.

The Under 18s are next in action away to the Scarlets at Llandovery on Sunday.
