Cardiff Quins Ladies RFC are one of the best female teams in the Blues region and based at Cardiff High School Old Boys RFC in Whitchurch.
The squad consists of novices right the way through to seasoned internationals from across Europe, a number of whom have recently represented Wales at the Womens Rugby World Cup.
We’re currently recruiting for our league and cup campaign for 2010/2011, we have skilled coaches, excellent facilities, great kit and a number of away trips this season which will see us travel to Southampton and Brest (France) to play the beautiful game.

Training nights Tuesdays/Thursdays from 1830hrs to 2000hrs.
