Cardiff Rugby have made four changes for Saturday’s trip to face Munster in the BKT United Rugby Championship (7:45pm).
Following last week’s victory over Lions, Cardiff have refreshed their match-day 23 for the Round Two fixture at Thomond Park.

Two of the changes come in the pack with Danny Southworth coming in at loosehead prop with Rhys Barratt moving to the bench and Dan Thomas named at openside flanker.
Behind the scrum, Rory Jennings pulls on the number 12 jersey after Ben Thomas was handed a two-week suspension, and Jacob Beetham comes in for Cam Winnett, who has been left out due to a knock.
Cardiff Rugby coach, Corniel van Zyl said:
“It’s going to be a tough test away at Munster. They pride themselves on doing the basics really well – set-piece, breakdown, kicking game, and they obviously have a good attack. They also pride themselves on the fighting spirit of the game.
“They had an away win, which is great, and they will have some confidence from that. I’m sure the fans over there will be very excited to see them at home first game. So it will be a nice atmosphere.
“It will test the boys, but we’ve obviously prepared for that.
“We want to put our game on the field again and show that fight again. We were pleased to get the five points against Lions but going away from home to Thomond Park, this will be a bigger challenge. It will be a good gauge of where we are.”
Sam Wainwright has been named among an experienced replacements bench and is set for his competitive debut for the club.
Cardiff triumphed over Munster the last time the two sides met but are yet to taste victory at Thomond Park, with their previous away wins over the Irish province, secured at Virgin Media Park (Musgrave Park).
