Magners (Original Irish Cider) is pleased to announce that Ben Blair of the Cardiff Blues has been chosen as the November Magners League Player of the Month for Wales.
Blair was told of his award at a recent 'Meet the Players' evening and was presented with his prize by Blues captain Xavier Rush.
Speaking of the award, David Young Cardiff Blues Director of Coaching said: “Ben has settled in well since his arrival from New Zealand and he fully deserves the award of the Magners Player of the month for November. He played well in the match against Edinburgh and kicked all the points for us in our win over Connacht, not only has his kicking been accurate by his counter attacking play had proved a thorn in the side of many of our opponents”
