The days remaining in November are becoming fewer and fewer and as December draws ever closer it brings with it one of the biggest matches of the season, the Blues v Gloucester in the Heineken Cup.
The Blues have enlisted the help of the Army to make sure the day goes off with a bang. From 12pm the soldiers of the Royal Regiment of Wales and the Queens Dragoon Guards will be displaying the ‘Scimitar’ reconnaissance vehicle as well as answering all your questions about life in the Army.
YouÂ’ll also have the chance to test your fitness on the assault course and climbing wall and if youÂ’re any good you could get you hands on some great prizes from both the Blues and the Army.
The are just one of many attractions that will litter the supportersÂ’ village at Cardiff Arms Park on what we all hope will be a victorious day for the Blues. Our resident face painters Body Canvas will be on hand to add a splash of colour to the day and if you donÂ’t want your face decked in the Blues team colours you can always opt to have your face painted in traditional camouflage by the Army!
The New Orleans Parade Band were a big hit when they played before the Blues v Stade Francais match and by popular demand they are coming back to add to the matchday atmosphere once again. Keep and eye out for them marching up and down Westgate Street and also around the Arms Park.
DonÂ’t miss out on what promises to be a day of fun filled entertainment and first class rugby.
