The Australia and Samoa international arrived in the Welsh capital ahead of the 2026-27, bringing a wealth of experience to the Cardiff front-row.
During an illustrious international career, Sio won 74 caps for the Wallabies before switching allegiance to Samoa.
Sio spent the majority of his career Down Under where he made 143 appearances for ACT Brumbies but moved to Exeter in 2022.
