Tight-head prop Litterick joined Cardiff from Harlequins ahead of the 2023-24 season and is Welsh-qualified through his father, who grew up in Ogmore. 

Litterick was a late-comer to professional rugby and did not come through the academy route but was picked up by Harlequins while playing for Worthing. 

He impressed while on trial and made six appearances for the English outfit, where he worked with former Cardiff and Wales tight-head Adam Jones. 

Litterick impressed during his debut season and was rewarded with a long-term contract in the capital.
