Former Wales under-20 prop Rhys Barratt came through the ranks at Llantwit Fardre, before advancing through Cardiff Rugby’s pathway.
The loosehead had his first taste of professional senior rugby when he was a travelling squad member to South Africa during the 21/22 season.
He made his debut the following season and continues to develop in the first team squad.
