Cardiff Rugby signed Danny Southworth ahead of the 2024/25 season. Southworth joined from the Exeter Chiefs having made 25 first team appearances after breaking through their academy system.
The Welsh-qualified loose-head spent a period of time on dual registration with Plymouth Albion and also enjoyed a loan spell with Coventry. After returning to Sandy Park he experienced all three top-flight competitions.
