Cardiff Blues travel to Stradey Park on Saturday 5th May to take on the Llanelli Scarlets in the final welsh derby match of the season.
Having beaten their rivals from the west earlier in the season the Blues will be aiming to record a double over them in what could be a crunch match in the Magners League title race.
The supporters clubs will be organising a coach to the match. The coaches leave the Sports Centre in Sophia Gardens (due to road closures in the City Centre) at 2.30pm and will return straight after the game.
