Sport.Cardiff has teamed up with the Capitals main sports teams to provide some serious sports fun over the next 5 weeks for all 8 12 year olds. Cardiff Blues, Cardiff City and Glamorgan Cricket Club have all lent their support to the events which will be taking place between the 19th July and the 13th August at Channel View, Western Leisure Centre and the STAR centre.
Cardiff Blues will be represented by the Capital Rugby Development Officers who will be coaching all aspects of the game, to help develop your rugby skills during the summer holidays.
The courses cost 50p per day which works out at just £2.50 for an entire weeks coaching! All equipment will provided at the sessions, the coaches are all fully qualified and screened, their will be an opportunity to join clubs after the schemes have finished and to cap it all off, there are skills awards, certificates, T-Shirts and goody bags to give away!
As well as rugby, football and cricket coaching theres also Multi Sport coaching sessions led by coaches from the Welsh Hockey Union, Welsh Netball Association and Basketball Association for Wales.
