Cardiff RFC Limited is currently recruiting Safety Stewards to become part of our Safety Management Team. Successful candidates will work as part of an enthusiastic team that helps to keep events safe and also deliver an excellent customer experience for our spectators.
Role Responsibility:
As a Safety Steward you will be helping in all manner of ways including, but not limited to:
Ticket checking
Directing spectators to specific areas
Crowd safety duties
Hospitality stewarding
Car park duties
Providing general help and guidance to spectators
Our Safety Stewards provide a visible reminder that safety is our number one priority for all spectators and support staff at an event.

You must be at least 18 years old and ideally you will have previous stewarding or customer care experience, however this is not essential as ground specific training will be provided. Good verbal communication skills and a common sense approach are essential. An aptitude to working with the public, a friendly, approachable and professional manner are all important but, above all, flexibility is key.
