Ysgolion Pontypridd Schools Dewar Shield U15' capped off an intensive block of demanding pre-season conditioning with a final dunes session at Merthyr Mawr
The Dunes are no place for the fainthearted and are renowned to leave players drained both physically and mentally. With very heavy legs and exhausted bodies the boys were delighted to see the end of the ‘heavy phase’ of pre-season.
Coach Carl Thomas said, "It was a tough first block for the boys but they have been outstanding. The boys have been working incredibly hard during the course of pre-season. They have been really committed, dug deep and pushed on without fuss”.
The Squad are now enjoying a well earned break before they come back in this week refreshed and ready for the next phase.
