Wales international Liam Williams has linked up with Cardiff Rugby to train as he progresses through his return to fitness. 

The full-back, who spent the 2022-23 season with the Blue & Blacks, has returned to the Arms Park on a temporary basis to take part in the first team squad’s pre-season training.

Williams is currently without a club and looking for his next move after spending time with Kubota Spears and Saracens. He will now regain match fitness with Matt Sherratt’s side, while passing on his vast experience to Cardiff’s back-three.
