The Leinster squad to face the Cardiff Blues in Friday’s final Magners League game of the season at the Arms Park (KO: 7.10pm) has been named.
All 22 of the squad that defeated the Border Reivers 31-0 have been included so that means that Leinster go into the final round of games with the competition’s joint top try-scorer in Jamie Heaslip (7) and the second top points scorer in the competition Felipe Contepomi (181), eight points behind Glasgow Warriors’ Dan Parks.
Contepomi passed the 800 career-point mark during last weekend’s victory. Friday’s game could mark Reggie Corrigan, Guy Easterby and Will Green’s final professional game before their retirement.
