Cardiff Blues can confirm Tavis Knoyle has been released from the remainder of his contract to join Newport Gwent Dragons.
The 26-year-old scrum-half joined Wales’ Capital Region from Gloucester in 2014 and went on to make 32 appearances, scoring two tries.
He has now been released to pursue new challenges with the Dragons and leaves with the best wishes of everyone at Cardiff Blues.
