Josh Adams has again extended his stay at the Arms Park – signing a new deal with Cardiff Rugby.
The Wales wing, who was a standout performer through the recent Six Nations, penned a one-year contract last summer, which expired in June.
However, he has now put pen to paper again, agreeing a long-term stay in the Welsh capital.
Adams follows the likes of fellow internationals Alex Mann and James Botham, in committing to the Blue & Blacks and he is excited by what is building.
He said: “It was an easy decision for me to make. My family are very settled in Wales and I absolutely love playing for Cardiff. I hope the supporters can see how much this place and club means to me in my performances.

“We have continued to progress from last season, and we have put ourselves in a good position in the URC.
“I’m hopeful that the club will continue to push to have the best people in the building so we can continue to evolve and move further forward next season.
Passing experience to the next generation
“I have been pleased with my form and have enjoyed passing my experience onto the younger players. That’s something I benefitted from earlier in my career and I’m now trying to help the next generation, pushing their standards to get the very best from them.
“I truly believe there’s a young group here who are capable of being really big players for the club, now and for many seasons to come.
“I love playing at the Arms Park and I want to experience more big games against big teams here. It is one of the best grounds in the competition and when the place is rammed and in full voice, there is nowhere else in club rugby that beats it.

“It would be amazing to have it packed to the rafters for our final two home games of the season to push onto the play-offs. There is more to come from this group, and I am excited to be part of it.”
Adams joined Cardiff ahead of the 2019-20 season having established himself as one of the most potent wings in the northern hemisphere.
He quickly established himself as a prolific try-scorer and key leader within the squad, scoring 37 tries in his 62 appearances to date.
The 30-year-old has also developed into a key leader within Arms Park environment and Corniel van Zyl is delighted he is staying put.
Driving high standards
Van Zyl said: “Everyone at Cardiff is really pleased that Josh has committed his future to the club. It is such a privilege to have a player of his ability and experience staying on.
“His record as a player speaks for itself and you only have to watch his performances in Blue & Black, and the impact he has on players around him, to know how committed he is to the cause.
“He has also done that at the highest level, playing for the British & Irish Lions and Wales a lot of times.
“The biggest thing about Josh is his drive to succeed from himself, his family and Cardiff. He brings that to the team every day, leading the players, giving them advice and just being an awesome teammate.
“It is an absolute pleasure to work with Josh and see the impact he has on the group around him.”
