Cardiff Blues currently have a Front of House vacancy
The successful candidate would be required to work Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm and match days.
The role entails the following responsibilities:
• Responsible for Cardiff Blues reception area- (both match days and non match days)
– Answering and dealing with phone queries
– Greeting guests and informing colleagues of arrivals
– Ensuring company reception area is presentable at all times
• Responsible for the incoming and outgoing of company mail
• Appropriately updating company phone message board
• Use of the company ticketing software to sell match day tickets and update company database.
• Administrative support to Ticket Office Manager
• Coordinating Cardiff Blues mail outs
• Responding accordingly to charity requests
• Administrative support to management team
• Additional tasks and responsibility as required
The ideal candidate must have the following:
• Previous administrative experience
• Confident with using Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience within a customer facing role
• The ability to be able to commit to weekend work (Cardiff Blues match days)
