Members of Cardiff Athletic Club should take note of the following instructions ahead of Cardiff Blues matches
Access to the Members Bar of the Cardiff Athletic Club Clubhouse on Blues event days will be limited to:
Cardiff Athletic Club members [current membership card must be produced]
Cardiff Blues season tickets that indicate CAC membership.
Access is subject to the permitted capacity of the Members Bar not being exceeded and an in/out policy will be operated.
Access to the Members Bar will be through the front entrance of the Clubhouse via a walkway designated by a barrier. With the barrier in place the Clubhouse is outside the South Lower access channels to the ground.
The front entrance of the Clubhouse will also provide access for Platinum Club members to the Gareth Edwards Lounge.
Access to the Members Bar from within the ground will not be permitted until 15 minutes after kick off. This is to allow for an assessment to me made of the number of persons in the bar so that permitted numbers are not exceeded once access is permitted.
Access through the front entrance for CAC members will continue to be monitored by stewards until final whistle.
Ground access from Members Bar:
Given the low number of persons permitted in the Members Bar , limited access to the ground will be allowed for a period of 30 minutes before the scheduled kick - off time through the side gate entrance for spectators with the following tickets;
South Stand, South Terrace and Captains Club
North Stand or Terrace
Family Stand
Hospitality Boxes
This, however, is subject to the category of the game and times may be amended on large capacity games.
