Cardiff Blues can confirm that Bristol Rugby’s Ryan Edwards has joined the region on a short-term loan.

The Welsh-qualified wing, who featured regularly for Bristol in the Aviva Premiership last season, will link up immediately with Wales’ Capital Region.

Edwards is reunited with former Bristol team-mate, Olly Robinson, who also moved on loan to Cardiff Arms Park earlier in the season, before signing a deal to make his switch permanent.
