Cardiff U18 ring the changes ahead of RGC visit

Cardiff U18 ring the changes as Chadd Mutyambizi’s side aim to return to winning ways when they host RGC on Sunday (KO 3pm).

The young Blue and Blacks suffered their first defeat of the season as they took on Ospreys last time out and have made a total of 11 changes.

Scott Delnevo – who scored the winning try in the clash with Dragons earlier this month – is given the nod at full back.

Harrison Nixon makes a return on the wing as Kodie Stone recovers from a hand injury to complete the back three.

Steffan Emanuel comes into the starting line-up to form a midfield partnership with Ethan Rudyj as Tom Hughes and Owain Paskell combine at half back.

Two changes are made in the front row, with Evan Wood and Harrison Rock joining loosehead Max Bignell. The second row consists of CAVC duo Don Kipola and Gethin Howells.

Owen Conquer, who impressed from the bench against Ospreys is handed the number eight jersey and is flanked by Jaden Wilkins and captain Harry Beddall.
