The Blue & Blacks will get their campaign underway against the Gallagher PREM champions on Sunday, October 18 (17:30) before home ties against Bath and Montpellier.
Cardiff host the West Country outfit on Saturday, December 12 (20:00), and the Top 14 finalists on Friday, Jan 15 (20:00), either side of a trip to Paris to face Stade.
