Cardiff Rugby have partnered with Seat Unique to make it quicker and easier for supporters and businesses to book matchday hospitality at Cardiff Arms Park.

The new partnership will bring Cardiff Rugby’s match-by-match hospitality offering fully online, giving customers the ability to browse packages, check availability and complete their booking through a simple digital journey.

For the first time, supporters will be able to purchase Cardiff Rugby hospitality online in just four clicks, with packages available to book 24 hours a day.

The launch comes ahead of a landmark 2026/27 campaign, as Cardiff Rugby celebrates its 150th anniversary with a showpiece fixture against Barbarian F.C. and returns to the Investec Champions Cup.

With a range of hospitality experiences available across Cardiff Arms Park, the new platform will make it significantly easier for supporters, businesses and new audiences to discover and book premium matchday experiences.

Seat Unique works directly with clubs, venues and promoters across sport and entertainment, using technology and digital distribution to make official premium experiences easier for fans to access.

Cardiff Rugby Commercial Director Jack Butler said:

“This is ultimately about making things easier for our customers.

“We’ve seen growth in demand for match-by-match hospitality, but the way people have traditionally had to enquire and book with us hasn’t kept pace with that growth.

“Seat Unique changes that. Supporters and businesses will now be able to see what’s available and purchase hospitality online in just four clicks, at any time, rather than having to submit an enquiry and wait for a member of the team to come back to them.

“As we celebrate 150 years of Cardiff Rugby, we also want to make sure we’re looking forward. We’ve got a hugely exciting season ahead, including the return of Champions Cup rugby to Cardiff Arms Park, and this partnership is another step towards modernising the way we operate and improving the experience we give our supporters.

The partnership will also introduce Cardiff Rugby’s hospitality experiences to Seat Unique’s wider audience of premium sports and entertainment customers.

Cardiff Rugby hospitality will be available across all fixtures throughout the 2026/27 season, including the club’s Investec Champions Cup campaign.
