Cardiff Rugby can today provide a full injury update as the first team squad return to BKT United Rugby Championship action against Zebre Parma on Saturday. 

Returned to full training:

Elijah Evans (thumb), Mason Grady (shoulder), Iwan Stephens (ACL), Cam Winnett (groin) and James Botham (knee) have all returned to full training and will be available for selection.

Unavailable for selection:

Callum Sheedy, Ben Thomas, Jacob Beetham, Danny Southworth, Keiron Assiratti, Alex Mann, Evan Lloyd remain with the Wales squad ahead of Saturday’s Test match against South Africa, while Liam Belcher (neck) has return to the club to complete his rehabilitation. Josh Adams is serving the final week of his suspension.

Theo Cabango (hamstring), Teddy Williams (foot), Rory Jennings (hamstring), Ed Byrne (calf), Taulupe Faletau (knee) and Johan Mulder (jaw) are all progressing through their rehabilitation or return to play programs.

Joe Cowell remains on a short-term loan with Bedford Blues. The prop featured off the bench in Bedford’s recent victory over Caldy and (is in line to face Nottingham on Friday night).
