Cardiff Rugby are pleased to announce a new 12-month partnership with Hikitalo, with the Cardiff Sauna Village becoming the club’s official Off-Site Recovery Partner.
The partnership will provide Cardiff Rugby players with access to Hikitalo’s Cardiff Sauna Village, supporting the squad’s recovery and wellbeing throughout the 2026/27 season.
Being a stone’s throw from Cardiff Arms Park, Cardiff Sauna Village is a unique facility bringing authentic sauna culture to Wales. The venue follows the Nordic way of bathing, with decades of research from countries such as Finland highlighting the benefits of sauna and cold-water therapy for both physical and mental wellbeing.
The facility features three wood-fired saunas with a combined capacity of 40 people, alongside ice baths maintained at six and 12 degrees and a 36-degree hot tub.

The new partnership sees Hikitalo join Cardiff Rugby’s commercial partner network and provides the club’s players with access to a dedicated off-site environment focused on recovery, relaxation and wellbeing.
