Cardiff Rugby will take on the reigning the European and English champions upon their return to the Heineken Champions Cup for the 2021/22 season.
The draw for the pool stage was made in Lausanne earlier this morning, as Dai Young's men learnt their European fate for upcoming campaign.
The Blue and Blacks will face the defending European champions, Stade Toulousain, as well as Harlequins, who secured the Gallagher Premiership title in a thrilling final at Twickenham last month.
The draw will rekindle memories of classic European encounters between the sides over the years.
Perhaps the most notable of these encounters, 25 years later, was the first ever Heineken Cup final between Cardiff and Toulouse at the Welsh capital, where the French side claimed a dramatic later victory.
Home fixtures for the 2021/22 Heineken Champions Cup pool stage campaign are included in Season Membership packages, which are available NOW!
