Cardiff Rugby have named their team for the Regional Age-Grade Under-18s Championship final on Sunday.
The Blue & Blacks take on the Ospreys in the showpiece final after claiming a superb semi-final victory over the previously unbeaten Scarlets.
Josh Turnbull has made a number of changes to his side due to injury and school commitments but hopes his young charges can finish the block on a high.
He said: “After a really good performance against the Scarlets, our attention this week turned to the final on Sunday against the Ospreys at the Cardiff Arms Park.
“With 21 players injured, unavailable or on school skiing trips we’ve had to call in a number of new faces, but with strong relationships with key stakeholders holders we have been able to add James Harding, Taylor Coles and Jack Piontecki for the opportunity play in the final.
“We showed the best and the worst of ourselves against the Ospreys in Round Three, so I’m excited to see how the group go on Sunday.
“There’s been an air excitement but nervousness around the players, we’ve talked as a group this week that through your career you don’t get to play in many finals. As some of group comes to the end of its two-year Under-18 cycle it will be the last time they play together and put the jersey on so it’s important that they go and enjoy this occasion.”
