Cardiff Blues descended on Techniquest for a pre-season team-building event on Friday afternoon.
Following their first week of training ahead of the 2016-17 campaign, the session offered Wales’ Capital Region the opportunity to work on their communication and teamwork skills.
Coaches, players and backroom staff joined forces as Danny Wilson’s men took part in three different, competitive activity sessions at the Cardiff Bay attraction.
Cardiff Blues head coach Danny Wilson said: “Following a tough week of training it is great to be able to take the boys out of rugby and into a new environment.
“It was something different and brought everyone together with a bit of fun while developing communication and team-work skills.”
Lesley Kirkpatrick, CEO Techniquest added: “We are delighted to welcome Cardiff Blues here to take part in interactive workshops and try their hand at our many exhibits.
“This session is an excellent way to improve communication, achieve common goals and develop team-working skills that are vital for enhancing players’ performance on the field.”
