Cardiff Blues would like to wish good luck to all the teams from our region taking part in the SWALEC Finals at the Millennium Stadium this Sunday (May 4).
The three games at the Millennium Stadium will showcase the very best of Welsh rugby from the community game through to the professional teams in the Premiership Division.
And everyone at Blues wishes to pass on its congratulations that five of the six teams competing come from our region!
The SWALEC Bowl Final kicks off proceedings with Clwb Rygbi Cymry Caerdydd taking on Llantwit Major at 1pm.
Merthyr, who beat former finalists Glynneath 66-10 in the semi-final, take on another Cardiff club Rhiwbina at 3.15pm in the SWALEC Plate Final.
The highlight of the day then comes with SWALEC Cup champions Pontypridd facing 2012 winners Cross Keys at 5.25pm.
The three game format has become a regular event in the sporting calendar when fans from six teams sit side by side to cheer on their teams. There will be a whole host of activities on offer for all the family, from face painting, balloon artists, a circus school and mask making.
Tickets for the day are £10 for adults, £5 for Under 16s and £20 for a family of four.
Tickets are available from www.wru.co.uk/tickets, by calling 0844 8471881 or from any of the six finalist clubs.
