Blues South under 16s bagged their second victory of the WRU Regional season, beating the Dragons 21-6 at Pandy Park, Cross Keys.
Matt Roberts and J B Bruziller crossed for tries with outsides half Rhys Patchell adding a conversion and three penalties.
For the Dragons, who are still without a victory this season, there were two penalties, one each from outside half Tommy Haynes and replacement Josh Prosser.
There are more Blues age grade fixtures this week as the Under 18's take on Cardiff and District in a friendly, before the visit of Leinster on Sunday. This Welsh Irish age grade fixture follows the Blues Under 20's victory over Munster, as the Blues continue to work in partnership with the IRFU and are the first to play two Irish age grade teams.
