Academy product Shane Lewis-Hughes earned his way into the first team at Cardiff Arms Park, despite a competitive back row unit.
The competitive flanker, who provided a physical edge in the six jersey, is a former Coleg y Cymoedd pupil and his form in the Blue and Black jersey earned him a call-up to the Wales squad in 2020.
Lewis-Hughes would go on to win three caps during the autumn campaign and returned to the national squad a year later after recovering from a shoulder injury.
