Olly Robinson began his senior rugby career with Moseley, but a string of impressive performances saw the back row snapped up by Bristol in 2014.
The flanker represented the West Country club in the English Premiership, however, following their relegation, Robinson was loaned to Cardiff Blues, who struggled in the back row following injuries to Sam Warburton and Ellis Jenkins.
Robinson quickly became a fan favourite at the Arms Park and earned himself a permanent move to the Welsh capital. The back row was named the Guinness PRO14’s ‘Tackle Machine’ during his debut campaign.
The son of former England international and head coach, Andy Robinson, back row Olly was named man of the match in the Challenge Cup final victory in Bilbao and has earned plaudits for his defensive work in the breakdown.
