Josh Navidi made his debut for Cardiff against Leinster in 2009, and quickly became a cult hero at the Cardiff Arms Park.
The back row star, easily recognisable by his trade-mark dreadlocks, was named Players’ Player of the Year in 2013, and would win his first Wales cap later that summer, during the tour to Japan.
Navidi has won a host of end-of-season awards at the region, but had to wait a further four years for his second international outing.
However, this time, Navidi would make the number seven jersey his own, becoming a key member for Wales’ autumn Test series and the 2018 Six Nations.
A year later, Navidi was instrumental in Wales' Grand Slam campaign and was duly selected for Wales' Rugby World Cup squad in Japan.
In 2021, Navidi was called into the British & Irish Lions squad, joining club team-mate Josh Adams on tour in South Africa.
