James Goode went to Whitchurch High School and played for Cardiff U19 and U21, he was also one of Wales U21 Grand Slam winners in 2003 and has been with Cardiff Blues since the region was set up in 2003. Goode broke into the first team two seasons ago but has had a rough run of injuries, needing a shoulder reconstruction and breaking his leg. He is currently in New Zealand playing in the Air New Zealand Cup for Manawatu Turbos, due back in early October to continue with the Blues. James is also a former Wales Minor Counties Cricketer.
