It was a packed house in Calvisano in 2005 as one of world rugby's true global superstars, Jonah Lomu, made his debut for Wales' Capital Region.

The All Blacks legend lined up for his first competitive appearance in three years and proved a handful, despite not finding the whitewash.

The Blues ran out comfortable winners thanks to tries from Chris Czekaj, Robert Sidoli, Rhys Williams and Martyn Williams.

Italian internationals Paul Griffen and Martin Castrogiovanni were amongst those lining up for the hosts.

Head-to-Head: Kayle van Zyl vs Matthew Morgan

South African-born full back, van Zyl, made the switch to Italian rugby back in 2014, after a stint with Southern Kings.

He has previous experience in both Guinness PRO14 and European rugby from his time with Zebre, and in fact scored his first try for the Parma outfit against Cardiff Blues.

Matthew Morgan has enjoyed a good run of form this season, impressing with his defensive and aerial duties and typically being a menace in attack.
